This medication is used to treat pain caused by nerve damage due to diabetes or shingles (herpes zoster) infection, Pregabalin is used to treat pain caused by fibromyalgia, or nerve pain in people with diabetes (diabetic neuropathy), herpes zoster (post-herpetic neuralgia), or spinal cord injury.
It can cause Drowsiness, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nausea, constipation, and weight gain may occur. If any of these effects last or get worse, tell your doctor or pharmacist promptly.
It is contraindicated in patients with known hypersensitivity to the drug.
